All products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags and packaging still intact.

For exchanges, please also specify the desired size, color, or alternative product, which is subject to availability.
Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions along with the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
However, if the item you received was incorrect, defective, or damaged, The Glim Store will cover the return shipping costs.
💡 Important: We strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video when opening your parcel. This video will serve as proof in case your product arrives damaged or defective and will help us process your claim more quickly.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
The timing of the refund’s appearance on your statement may vary depending on your bank’s processing times.
